About Our Risk Manager
Aaron Iacino is the Director of Risk Management for Innovative Business Consultants. He has been conducting employee safety and security training for over 20 years. He is also the President of the largest MMA school in Sioux City, Iowa. As a combat sport coach/competitor he brings that same level of drive into the safety and security world. He is a passionate teacher who keeps the classes lighthearted and the students laughing as they learn the importance of safety.
Aaron is a Registered Nurse, Compliance Health and Safety Official, Specialist in Safety and Health, Safety Health and Environmental Professional, NRA Training Counsellor, TASER Instructor, Police Defensive Tactics Certified Instructor, Authorized OSHA Outreach Instructor, HAZWOPER Instructor, Chief Range Safety Officer, Use Of Force Certified Instructor, and Certified First Degree Black Belt Krav Maga Instructor. He has all the knowledge and expertise to ensure you’re taken care of!

In this podcast he dives into all things safety information. He covers everything from getting caught in a machine to being shot by an active killer. He interviews local safety experts as well as safety professionals around the nation. They add a unique perspective to the safety field they specialize in and provide useful information to our audience.
